Paneer also known as cottage cheese is traditionally used in Indian cuisine which defines sumptuousness in vegetarian feast. A north Indian fare most
popular for it's buttery onion tomato sauce.
- Make a paste of Suhana Paneer Butter Masala Mix and milk.
- Heat oil in a pan, add tomato purée and cook for 4-5 minutes or till oil oozes out.
- Add paste and cook for 1-2 minutes on low flame.
- Add water, paneer and butter. Cook for 5-6 minutes or till gravy thickens.
Garnish with fresh cream. Serve piping hot with rice or Indian breads such as parathas or naans.
