FAQ's

Once you register online with Suhana, you get access to the "My Account" section. Here, you can save your address and payment details, so you don’t have to enter them every time you’re placing a new order. You can also track your past orders in this section.
You won’t be able to make modifications online to an existing order.
If you want to add any products an order, you muct place an additional order.
If you want to remove any products, you must send an email on talk2us@suhana.co.in.
If the order is not shipped, we will do our best to accept the revised order and make the partial refund to your bank account number shared.
All products offered by Suhana come with a manufacturing and expiry date. If you notice any damages in the delivered product or if you see any issues with the quality, you can request a return online.
We charge Value-Added Tax (VAT) on every order. The VAT amount will be displayed in your shopping cart. There are no other additional charges.
